LearnWorlds (Platform Provider)
Your account and learning data is stored on LearnWorlds' infrastructure. LearnWorlds processes this data on our behalf as a data processor.
Your Employer or Client Organisation
If you are accessing the platform as part of a workplace program arranged by your employer, your learning progress and completion data may be shared with that organisation for reporting and compliance purposes. You will typically be informed of this at the point of enrolment.
Service Providers
We may share data with trusted service providers who help us operate our business (such as email delivery services or analytics tools). These providers are contractually required to handle your data securely and only for the purposes we specify.
Legal Requirements
We may disclose information if required to do so by law, court order, or in response to lawful requests from government authorities.
